Sewing Machine Project in Bangladesh

How does a poor woman in rural Bangladesh make use of her business acumen if she lacks education, lacks opportunities to learn new skills, no assets of her own, a husband who earns just enough for the family to survive from day to day, children to look after and a society that had traditionally disapproved of women working outside the home?

We have put in place sewing machine to help our women in Bangladesh to stride and earn with for themselves. The Sewing machine project gives them to work from home and be a cultural housewife at the same time.

Since 2010 we have distributed over 250 Sewing machine to the poor family who require more income to support their family.

Our goal is to discover more family in rural areas of Bangladesh who are in desperate needs. We strive to raise more fund on this rewarding project which can support a family for years to come.

We have a training centre for women in order for them to gain skills and experience with sewing machine. We make sure the sponsored ladies are prepared to be independent and spread the knowledge of sewing. We encourage the women to support other women and help them make their first step toward supporting their family with our project.
